I'm certain there have been rumours to move them in so that the club could sell Belvoir Drive for housing but I can't remember where I read it.

Seagrave was purpose built for the men’s team and academy, I imagine there would be a lot of work needed to move the women’s set up in? Personally I would prefer to keep them separate and not compromise on the men’s facilities. Belvoir Drive was already a huge leap for the women’s team and wouldn’t need tape thing as big as Seagrave; a smaller, dedicated facility but on the same site might be better all round.

What are the current rules around infrastructure spending and PSR? Could the club buy this land and develop a dedicated training centre for the women’s team then sell Belvoir Drive for housing development for profit?
