  1. Which would make us a much bigger profit for when we have to sell it to ourselves a few times to get round PSR
  2. I'm certain there have been rumours to move them in so that the club could sell Belvoir Drive for housing but I can't remember where I read it.
  3. Seagrave was purpose built for the men’s team and academy, I imagine there would be a lot of work needed to move the women’s set up in? Personally I would prefer to keep them separate and not compromise on the men’s facilities. Belvoir Drive was already a huge leap for the women’s team and wouldn’t need tape thing as big as Seagrave; a smaller, dedicated facility but on the same site might be better all round.
  4. What are the current rules around infrastructure spending and PSR? Could the club buy this land and develop a dedicated training centre for the women’s team then sell Belvoir Drive for housing development for profit?
  5. Apparently Chelsea have enquired about its availability.
  6. Land available next to the training ground. https://www.matherjamie.co.uk/property/details/7379/Investment-Land-Opportunity-Adj-To--Leicester-City-Football-Club-Training-Ground-Seagrave-Leicestershire-LE12-Pasture-Land-?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR3HMSZ2eVX8m2-14w9BjUClF2hXtOY3KrIh4a2TV69GuLmz1jkIvqPqg4w_aem_yVcGRBnB9veWB7Oq7B12fg
  7. How long until it turns out the perpetrator had sought or had been referred to mental health services before this incident, like the Nottingham killer and the Plymouth shooter a couple of years ago?
  8. I hope he just kicks them out of the party for good. They’re an absolute waste of space. Labour have been pretty clear that they don’t like the policy and would like to repeal it, but they would cost £3bn, and they just don’t have that kind of money right away. They’ve also been pretty clear about auditing the nation’s finances which will take time, as will recovering the hundreds of billions stolen through COVID fraud and Tory mates VIP deals. They’re also going to be reviewing the whole benefits system. For these 7 twats to not only betray their government, party, electorate AND the manifesto that won them an election less than three weeks in is pretty astonishing. Furthermore, the fact that John McDonnell has the gall to be one of them, when his beloved 2017 manifesto kept the same bloody policy as well as 80% of Tory welfare cuts. They don’t have a shred of political intelligence between them.
  9. Also blocked. He’s probably still too busy bullying the Greens co-leader for commending Biden on his 5 decades of public service. How dare she.
  10. £200m release clause, expiring in 2044.
  11. Owen Jones providing his absolutely genius political analysis as usual. I swear he has a humiliation kink.
  12. £100m release clause, expiring in 2034.
  13. Would he want to come back to the stadium where his downfall started though? Would he get flashbacks to the 5-3? Vardy's 11th? Vardy's 50th with that ridiculous assist from Mahrez??
  14. She's certainly up-to-date with currant affairs.
  15. But he's shit.
  16. Value. For. Money.
  17. Lives in the ****ing future.
  18. It's not about being poor. It's a principle. Also I am indeed poor.
  19. Bugger off for a bit so we can get another
  20. Looks even worse in the flesh. Shrewsbury that is. Not the shirt.
  21. Boycotting over the £10 charge.
  22. Would be grateful for a stream if anyone can find one. I am absolutely not paying this football club £10 for a friendly.
