  1. Thing with Daka is you know he's going to get a club in europe and bag all season
  2. yeah, bad car crash at the Dunton Bassett crossroads. got a feeling his crash is why there are traffic lights there now
  3. we're more likely to be sold to someone looking for a bargain in league 1 than the championship as the value will be down however, worth saying, this rumour has been going about for a good few years now, started by simon jordan and turned out to be nonsense time and time again
  4. Mark Robins scoring away at Ipswich in the league cup quarter final, in about 97. First goal I ever missed, but the last few seasons i've missed loads after going for an early beer normally, including the Fatawu 70 yarder. Did make me laugh the Ruud season when we had Newcastle on a school night. I was a little late, went straight to the toilet and heard a big cheer but couldn't quite work out who scored. Walk out the bog and there was a TV screen showing Ruud shouting FFS at the team, mystery over
  5. I was excited when Enzo got us promoted and then the friendlies were honking apart from 1 in france, then didn't we only get 1 last season at home? Would be nice if they give us something good but I can't see it, unfortunately
  6. noticed a fair amount of Forest over the Oakham area as well when I used to go there about 25 years ago
  7. If you want a higher ratio of Cov fans then head to Ullesthorpe. Lutterworth is a strange insular town, can't actually think of any Leicester that go the games regular. They oddly have a small group of Sunderland that go home and away as well
  8. Don’t the contracts run till 30th June?
  9. I go on a Leicester/Coalville bus a lot of away games and fair plays, that town always has some numbers, added they run a supporters coach as well from there 👍👍
  10. he won't be, took us a while to say Dean Smith won't be coming back
  11. don't care what anyone says, he'll always be one of my all time favourite players for us, even got a bit emotional at the end of the match yesterday
  12. that would be nice, and show they've been listening. we shall see
  13. Didn't Ruud keep saying that we needed to align all the time before he was sacked and said after we were relegated he wanted to stay, although I guess they all say that
  14. I'm not sure I'd get a bus full of like-minded mates drinking from 7am and not walking through my door home in the early hours after for a trip to bradgate park or alton towers tbh. Pretty sure my wife would prefer me doing the latter though
  15. I'm going but more for the day out with my pals and habit of going. I can't see many taking much notice of the actual football
  16. As I said earlier, didn’t hear any of that in P block which was a small plus
  17. what stand was this in please?
  18. Renewed without a 2nd thought. The football is just a small part of the day. Got so many friends from just going football over the years and it brings us all together for the day. If the football wasn't on I doubt I'd bother going town every other Saturday to see everyone
  19. Can I ask please as I never got a reply on twitter. Am I right in thinking a few months back you made a public statement about getting some answers from Rudkin or something of the like. Was this ever acknowledged or answered by anyone?
  20. I think the family section is where it is specifically because it's the closest to the fan store
  21. only issue i have is so many young kids getting up there and chatting absolute shite most games and banging on about going symphony rooms within 2 seconds of the game starting yet staying all game. if i had a quid for each time i've had to chuck one of them out my spot i'd be able to buy the club. but as someone who's pretty much sat in most bits of the ground, i do find it the most enjoyable
  22. it's been pretty good in there all season TBH, granted there are a couple of embarrassing morons as well in there, for example shouting at millwall fans that their support was ****ing shit, whilst half the ground was empty. but that noddy pretty much makes a tit of himself every game
  23. Rudkin yes, but people were getting thrown out for banners. A good 10 minutes non-stop in P block 2nd half of I don't about Rudkin. Top, nothing apart from the banner in SK1, which I assume was removed by the stewards. Players was muted until the end when it was just the happy clappers :-(
  24. People were going mad at the thought of Frank Lampard before we got Ruud, and look what he's done at Cov since. I could get on board with Gerrard
  25. I have a feeling they are actually expecting that. Noticed you can't buy tickets with just booking history in L1 or P (don't know if that's normal or not)
