  1. Think he probably had more touches than Patson today. Came on like he had a point to prove after Friday.
  2. If this is what happens when these players "Can't be arsed" "Looking for a move" And "Aren't playing for him" Then long may their terrible attitude continue

Booing? Not a bit of it. I've heard Nacho booed onto the pitch about 3 years back but Leicester fans have given this guy an easy ride considering his poor return. In 3 years he really hasn't made the grade. There's only so many chances you can give a guy. He's clearly popular in the group and seems a nice guy but that's not the point. Needs a fresh start elsewhere IMO

Not desperate to put him down at all. For a couple of games in December I thought he was finally going to hit a streak but since AFCON he's been AWOL again. I'd rather have Jamie out there missing 3 or 4 chances than him out there contributing nothing because at least Vardy is getting in a position to score. Like I said, I have issues with Nacho too but at least he drops deep to get involved in the build up. People say it wasn't his type of game but I don't know what his type of game actually is, in 3 years he's been in tight games, open games been a starter and been a sub and his contribution is poor, no other word for it.

Wandered round like a fart in the wind, only downside of a decent display today, absolute passenger since AFCON. I have issues with Nacho but at least he gets involved in the play.
  6. That's what happens when you bury your chances. Must use this as a springboard now, push on and finish with as many wins as possible 💪🏻
  7. It's just his final ball TBF just picks the wrong option sometimes but poor is harsh.
  8. You didn't say donkeys others did, to be clear. All the best
  9. Oh! You thought we'd score 4 goals every game and finish on 120pts? Confirmed, you've never seen Championship football before and have totally unrealistic expectations.
  10. Interesting to see if they carry that on against Baggies and Brum
  11. Its not an irrelevance though. And if Vardy sticks a couple of those chances away on Friday this thread doesn't even exist. Teams have bad runs, it happens.
  12. Oh well. If sticking 13 goals past Hudds, Stoke and Plymouth doesn't work for you, you can't be helped. I'm happy winning and accept that sometimes we don't.
  13. This thread is an incredible read about how one club can screw itself into the ground. I know stadium construction isn't included in losses but they are in a world of trouble.
  14. T-shirts projected limply from a mis-firing cannon is all you'll get in the stands. Having had a month off from Statler and Waldorf behind me I'm not looking forward to their jibber jabber on Monday. Early goal required because the longer it goes on the earlier the grumbling will start.
  15. It isn't 1992 anymore 😆 And if we didn't get promotion I doubt anyone on this forum would be happy with "good old-fashioned emotive entertainment" I'm sure Luton fans are enjoying their emotive entertainment but offer them a title and a few games against Real, Bayern and Inter at "the Kenny" and they'll be more than happy with the anti-football you're not enjoying. BTW when anti-football had us clear at the top with one defeat in 17 were you unhappy or are you here on the back of a few defeats?
  16. We don't need that sort of sensible talk in this thread. Unless you've got some doom to add to the gloom you'll struggle to fit in here.
  17. Pre-match threads are as toxic as the match threads, some proper over-reactions as normal In other news, did we only give Norwich 2000 tickets or is that all they're bringing? Thought they normally had a bigger following than that.
  18. Refute what? We're in bad form, we all know that. We're not in the top 2 we all know that. What other facts do you want me to refute? What I do know is that certain people on this forum have been carping all season and certain sections of our fanbase do this EVERY time the side has a bad run. They - and you - can't accept that all teams have bad runs. Sometimes without doing massive amounts wrong, sometimes because players under perform. That is just football. People screaming about sacking Enzo and calling players donkeys are everything that's wrong with modern football. You say I was talking tosh. Okay well dispute these facts. Leeds were all over the place until December. Ipswich won 1 league game between 16th December and 10th February. Including a 4-0 battering by Leeds and losing to Maidstone. Not a single one of either team's fans asked for the manager to be sacked. None of them questioned tactics or lost faith in the philosophy. Facts. We've won 1 game in 6 and rather than get behind the players that got us to the top the genius element of our fan base would rather say they saw this coming all along and we should "sack him" - completely ignoring the absolutely abysmal situation we've got ourselves into with finances, sanctions and legal issues. Enzo is not going to be sacked with 8 games left. But you'd rather carry on moaning than actually getting behind him and the squad. Really productive of you
  19. Yeah that's right. Easy to support a club that's winning all the time isn't it? Few defeats and the doom merchants are out and we're waving white flags. We lost a 17 point gap to Leeds. We've been neck and neck with Ipswich for most of the season. They had a shit January we had a shit March. 8 games in 28 days, it's still all to play for. People talking about players bottling it. Jesus, read your own posts. It's like Arsenal TV on here some days.
  20. My therapist told me not to revisit that place.
  21. Winks looked bothered in the interviews he did, probably the first time he's experienced that level of criticism here. They'll all remember the ovations after Watford and Stoke and wonder how they've got to this stage. Like we all do.
  22. It's literally the fine margins though isn't it? That difference between them smuggling the ball over the goal line and players like Vardy, Mavididi and Daka not burying simple chances. He's only got to score 2 of his 5 chances yesterday and no-one cares about the performance because we're top and back clear of Leeds. Frustrating.
  23. I'm not talking about the fans that were there, I've been to a few aways this season and the bulk of fans are behind him. There's always this overly-negative element online and a fair few of them haven't been to a game in years. Everyone's annoyed with the form, everyone wants us to be better but this knee jerk "sack him" element need burying in their own back gardens. The club is in the shit financially and it could get worse. He's not going to be sacked and the last thing we need is even more upheaval. We need to hold our nerve and help get them over the line.
  24. No real need for another thread. May as well be in the sack him one because there isn't even a debate. He's not going to be sacked unless you've been in a cave and haven't spotted our financial situation recently.
