  1. I'd actually completely forgotten about Iain Hume. That sums up how bad we were, given he was best of a bad lot.
  2. This is a really weird joke.
  3. This. Absolutely pathetic "my clubs bigger than your club" bollocks, it's probably my least favourite thing about football. Worse than FIFA.
  4. Christ I usually think clubs are much of a muchness but on this occasion there's no comparison.
  5. Does it not make more sense that this was because he played Premier League football and then was completely ****ed and needed time to recover, because his natural fitness wasn't high enough? You'll notice in the run-in his fitness, his ability to press and last 90 minutes and play 3 games a week, is suddenly right up there with anyone else in the squad? Whereas before he was playing an hour or so.
  6. I think it's fairly obvious Pearson didn't choose to not play Albrighton, rather he wasn't able to. I assumed he wasn't fit enough.
  7. What point are you trying to make and why do you think it's a good one?
  8. Erm.... pretty sure Ulloa's fee outweighs all four of those players alone, before you add Huth's loan fee and Cambiasso's £40k a week.
  9. Some little prepubescent Burnley twonk slagging Pearson off on the radio whilst praising Dyche.
  10. Speculative posts are of far more interest and relevance than this sort of bollocks, if you don't appreciate a bit of speculation and discussion about LCFC why the frig are you on such a forum? Jog the **** on.
  11. I'm not certain I don't agree with the idea, as long as it's executed in the correct way. By that I mean, that it's done in a timely manner after the season ends, Pearson is allowed to sit down and have his say on the matter before it happens, an appropriate manager is identified and secured swiftly but isn't sat in the stands for Pearson's last game.
  12. Yes I agree and this isn't something I strongly feel will happen, but I don't find the idea of Pearson and the Thais sitting down at the end of the season and "mutually" agreeing to take the club in another direction completely out of the realms of possibility.
  13. I think there is an outside chance Pearson might leave over the summer to be honest. Can't imagine it'd be for Dyche though.
  14. 29. I suspect the type of screen you use influences this.
  15. Shelvey and Konch also both played for Chalrton and, I suspect more relevantly, West Ham.
  16. Wonder what KP was teaching Vardy?
  17. I reckon Nige has tried to model us on Dortmund and has absolutely nailed it.
  18. Think it's been proven beyond all doubt.
  19. Talking about Jamie Vardy on 606. Wrighty a big fan.
  20. Smart money is on a Stoke win like, how people can get so salty about it is beyond me. It's our job to go upset the apple cart.
  21. Real cutting edge humour that.
  22. Plz explain it to me
  23. Arguing between football clubs is always bollocks, both sides are only ever going to be ridiculously biased. Plenty of it goes on on here,
  24. They will inevitably get better. For the time being I like watching them, I like to see a plucky underdog doing well, but the day will come where they're better than us (probably already are in terms of international team, they've gone further than us for two WCs in a row) and I'll hate them for it.
