get Pearson in to give the motivational speech at the beginning of training, walk around, be seen and frown a bit, pick the team and to oversee some basic recruitment, have king running the drills and be the main face. its all very good us saying there’s players that don’t want to be here, and it’s right, add that to all the young players… what we need is NOT to over coach and out-think teams, we need someone to focus and motivate the players and give them clear and simple instructions.

I 100% agree with you. I will also add, however, that he doesn’t seem to be the motivating manager that is needed when dealt with a bob hand.
