Not sure if anyone saw the post fight interviews, but Eubanks promoter started to talk about what Chris had to go through to get into the ring.. as he was leaving, Chris stopped him and said he didn’t want it discussed in public. Earlier in the interview, Chris himself talked about how he had been through hell and back the last few weeks.. i do think he had a health concern we are not being told about. He almost got knocked spark out. Perhaps would have been if there was another 30 seconds. You don’t take that kind of risk just to try and get a trilogy..

I’d love nothing more than to see a Benn win tonight. It’s going to be another humdinger, but it’s hard to see that he can stop Eubank and I think he’ll need to, to win. Eubank is a smart fighter. I don’t think he’ll stop Conor, but he’s smart enough to keep him at bay and out-point him. More of the same, Unfortunately.

I was very pleased with Bergovic and how he played, but Jakob is the future and he needs to be given every chance he can be to develop. I’m no longer going to be concerned if he gets injured again though..
