The point is that there should never be any need to rush to appoint somebody. They should always have a plan, but history tells us that they never do.
They should have known exactly what they wanted to do in the eventually we stayed up, and exactly what they wanted to do in the eventuality we went down.
We were relegated 19 days ago and Gary Rowett is still in post. He should be nowhere near the club based on how things have gone.
I would love to believe that they are waiting for a good manager in July, but in the past couple of seasons we have waited until the end of June/mid-July to appoint Steve Cooper and Marti Cifuentes at higher levels...
