If any of our attacking options leave, without replacement, we are in big trouble.

Gavin Ward as referee? We've got no chance.

In a roundabout way, isn't this Maddison's fault? -
Alien Earth absolutely brilliant so far. Miles ahead of Prometheus and Covenant. I had to replay that statue scene because of that now you see it moment. Something was clearly lurking right down the hallway right from the start of the scene and it was cleverly done from there. Every time the xeno showed up it was done brilliantly. Impressed.

Second half I didn't notice him at all which suggests that second half he was decent, which he was.
-
He's up there with Junior Lewis at this point.

Alien Earth premieres tomorrow. Reviews are strong. Looking forward to it!

The club should be planning for the long term and build a team around the young, decent players left. 45m in the pocket now is worth far less than the harm it will cause if we stagnate where we are or worse still, go down again. It's on a knife edge. Should the squad stay as it is, we will finish above 100 points imo. Take away the creativity from that and we are in big trouble long term as we will never get out of this league for many years to come. Not with the current ownership.

I've seen nothing to suggest that we should be concerned. We need to use today's game to send a message and put at least 4 past them.
-
We should be achieving more than 110 points based on the squad we have. It boils down to putting goals past an 11 man defence most weeks. The points deduction will be irrelevant.
-
What was Ward doing there?
-
Considering we were worried about Southamptons manager being brought in early, I can't see much on display here to suggest that he's made any immediate impact. Another poor game.

Handbags are out. What a complete lack of quality on show tonight.

Lovely head tennis action.

Welcome to the Championship. The place where long cross field balls are applauded to see nothing come of them time after time after time.

Birmingham. Slow, ponderous, missed chances. Sums them up nicely.

20 quid a ticket is too much, I'd have gone for a tenner. Makes a family ticket 53 quid, no thanks. -

Of the three, he's the right one to send packing through the door first. Vestergaard and flappy arms next please. -
Just put him in a bin this afternoon. Collections here are tomorrow morning. See to it that they divert to Wales before shift end. Job done.

Inters will be wearing out on these safety car laps such is the level of caution these days.
-
Is there any point in a wet tyre? If the level of rain doesn't require them but the visibility on the track is too poor to race, why bother with them? As much as Max is dislikeable, I completely agree with him here. Spa 98 you could hardly see across the race track, in comparison, this looks absolutely fine.
-
Why are they trundling round on inters in the first place? Get the wets on and get the race started. Visibility is fine, you can see for miles all around!

A procession.
