I've seen conflicting information on the luxury car tax supplement. Am I right in thinking that EVs prior to 2025 are not subject to the £425 extra tax for a vehicle priced at £50k or more list price?

Drove an iX1 this weekend, the xDrive30, and can't see myself turning it down tbh. Superb driving experience. So effortless and it looks the part.

Are Ohme ok? E-On are now charging almost 1300 for an install but going through Ohme directly costs 999.

I think it's the feeling of, what if you turn up and there's no chargers available. I've read the infrastructure is better abroad and cheaper so Im thinking if I'm driving abroad then I'll need to top up over here first. How easy is that? Longest trip would probably be from here to central France and back. Im happy with week by week daily driving, and the setup at home is not an issue, but have these question marks over longer holiday trips 3 or 4 times a year whether in this country or abroad.

Anyone on here have any experience of driving the BMW iX1 or Audi Q4? Second hand they are looking well priced, deciding on whether or not to go EV as I've had enough of £30 of diesel in the tank per week and the fact that it stinks. Thought of hybrid but not convinced. A decent spec PHEV Sportage for example is equivalent to an iX1 on price more or less.

It isn't buggy now. There is open world to it but the story based missions at the moment are more linear than I expected they would be and are surprisingly good.

Star Wars Outlaws. Why the negative reviews? It's nowhere near as bad as the reviews suggest.

Downloaded Star Wars Outlaws since it's free on PS+. The opening mission was pretty decent, it has me interested for now. Although this could end up being another Ubisoft snoozefest. We shall see.
