What Game Are You Playing At The Moment ?
Legend_in_blue replied to LeicesterBran's topic in Music and Gaming
Finished DA: Veilguard. Platinum in roughly 90 hours. Perfect run through the game and the platinum drop straight after the additional scene at the end of the credits. Glad it ended up on PS Plus. Those negative reviews on release put me right off and I doubt I'd have bought it as a result which in hindsight isn't right for a game which is a solid 8/9 out of 10. Negative reviews unjustified in my opinion. I had a blast with it. I'd go back and choose a different character but the list of games I have to get through doesn't get any shorter. Downloading a huge 150gb for Jedi Survivor atm and have the new Prince of Persia to do for a change of pace. -

Slower than this guy at making decisions. Total joke at this point. Don't worry, they're clearly not bothered, so why should we? Vote with your feet and stay clear. Don't visit the shop, don't pander to them by turning up and buying rubbish in the ground on match days etc. -
He just needs to leave at this point. I've just watched the goals back and the third, for me, is the most comical of the lot. He has at least a 5 metre head start over the guy who eventually scores and there you see him with one of his trademark sprints towards our goal line and you know what's coming next It's comedy at this point, I couldn't care less. Just leave. And take your arm flapping with you! This one above is on Soumare for me initially. He makes no effort whatsoever to track the guy who scores. Shocking.

Completely agree. Cooper set the ball rolling and brought in players that made the squad actively worse than it was the season before. Instead of picking the best players, he then started OAP BDCR ahead of Fatawu and froze out Ricardo from the get go. Shocking. Just because he achieved a better set of results statistically, doesn't make him any better than RVN either. Both managers have been equally as bad but ultimately, the mess above the managers has led to the situation we are in now, regardless of who was/is in charge of the football on the pitch. Also remember many of Coopers inadequate coaching team were still in place for weeks after RVN joined. Again, a complete mismanagement of the setup from the get go. Who in their right mind appoints a new, unproven manager without bringing in their own staff in the first place? And if RVN didn't have any, then why appoint him at all? The manager gets a lot of stick but the people above him have been exponentially worse this season.

There's not a cat in hells chance Cooper would have kept us there. -

It's not possible to label him the worst manager we've ever had since he hasn't had any say in the players coming in. That's down to Cooper. Cooper is the worst manager we've ever had imo and if was still here, he'd be the worst by a comfortable margin. -
They can't hack a training schedule. Probably dropped out with cramp halfway through and now unable to move.

It's a close call between this guy and Junior Lewis for the most ineffective player I've ever seen at the top level for us. There are other contenders, but this bloke has been beyond abysmal. -

Didn't Southampton fire their manager straight after their relegation was confirmed? On the other hand, watch us do the exact opposite. -
Dyche would sort out the mentality of the players and would gladly throw some under the bus to boot. It's what's needed.

Liverpool H 0-1 Post Match Thread. We are relegated.
Legend_in_blue replied to urban.spaceman's topic in Leicester City Forum
It was over at Shrewsbury Town. Wolves at home confirmed it. Everything that happened in between and since has been a complete non event. -
That wasn't it. There's nothing tracking on Flight radar around Leicester right now either.

Do we have flight details? Timings? I should see this fly over towards the ground with any luck.

It isn't what it used to be. Decent start, decent finish. The really low point was the tag team match. Absolute garbage.

I'll watch an hour of this Mania and catch the rest in the morning thanks to Netflix. Not watched one of these though since the late 90s/early 00s

More likely to offer the bloke a contract extension rather than terminate it after the game imo. -

Can't see them lasting beyond 3.30pm. There's no way they're capable of a 60 min+ performance. Just as well because I very much doubt there will be enough demand beyond 45mins tbh.

I got through Far Cry 5 but the ending really annoyed me. All that effort for nothing. I then went onto New Dawn and, as you say, got bored of it after ploughing the hours into 5. Far Cry is ok in small doses, much like most Ubisoft games. You have to time it right with what you've just finished imo. I wouldn't follow an open world game with an Ubi version for instance. Back to DA Veilguard which is brilliant imo.
