It plays like the old FF titles with very little room for error. It does force you to vary each attack and you can switch characters in and out mid battle. There is this overdrive meter that also adds a further level of difficulty. It's all explained as you progress but the story at the moment is complicated. Lots going on. I went through Banishers once but have now got rid. The constant pushing down on the left thumbstick to initiate a run is bringing back stick drift and this controller I have is only 2 years old.

Chained Echoes on PS+. Decent SNES type RPG. The turn based combat is very strategic and forces you to use all your available skills at all times. Challenging but doable. Recommend it.

Yes, the 12v batteries are an issue. On mine, the only problems seem to be drivetrain issues which are covered under warranty. Joining the FB owners group has been very informative both before and after purchase. At the end of the first year, I'll definitely extend the warranty. Don't mind paying a bit extra when the running of the car itself is so cheap. Still getting used to one pedal driving but in traffic it's brilliant.
