I guess thats up for debate. The idea that there is space now for 2k to move into isn't. I would say SK1 is now noisier than it was previously and can say that UFS members enjoy home games more in the newer spot. I also know many fans who have moved in to be closer to those guys who enjoy it more than where they were previously. I look around and see thousands of grumpy faces mind, but thats on those.

There has been two singing areas in our ground for well over ten years, its not a new thing at all. UFS were singing just as much 20 rows back than where they are situated now. It’s now seen as a problem or perhaps more noticeable than it was as far less others in the ground now choose to sing.

It's ultimately a lot of internet talk and hot air but its obvious since we have come out of the top flight that the bubble of the Prem sort of protected us from the wider footballing circles working out we have become a very Disneyland match day event and fragmented fanbase which is struggling.

The club are absolutely desperate for members. They need both bodies in the ground and coffers in the pot. The membership has increased since Jarvis came in and dropped the price but it still is a pretty low number for our county. If you can afford it please do think about becoming a member. As i'm sure you are aware being a member of a cricket club is wildly different to say being a 'member' down the city, this actually means something. There is a £140 price for everything bar T20 also as well as the £200 all in and white ball passes.
