I don't know about anyone else, but to me there seemed to be a lot of "but the fans just don't understand" - behind the scenes a lot goes on, we work hard blah blah How about the fans don't "understand" because all they see is the inept decisions that lead to failures and no reasons or explanations are given. He just kept saying its hard and situations are hard, but how about actually acknowledging that they've made poor decisions, in transfers, in not planning for relegation and pretending everything will be fine, manager selection etc etc. Was almost like a "come on why the hell do you guys have a problem with us? Yes because they are one of the worst teams in the division and we at one point were behind, and then just about scrapped 2 goals past them to win. It's not the definition of convincing is it?
