The manager needs to be his own man and ignore the bubbles such as Foxtalk. Martin,Nigel Ranerri.or even Enzo wouldn't have entertained Foxtalk and the like. He weakened the team by including Ricardo and playing two wingers. He did a bit of Carsley before he was replaced.
