I’ve seen this forum turn its noses up at Lampard, Rob Edwards, Carrick to name a few over the last couple of years - Lampard is walking the league, Edwards got Boro up to 2nd and Carrick has just outcoached the 2 best managers in the country in a week. Communication and organisation wasn’t quite there for this one, but don’t personally think it was the right one anyway with the game not on TV. Charlton needs to be loud and forceful, outside the ground, it’s on tv - maybe a sit in after the game or something.
