West Ham will be thinking they've signed the wrong keeper from us.

Brighton (like most PL clubs) are just two bad transfer windows away from the same tailspin that we got into. It will only be the three promoted clubs that saves them, for now.

The idea is a wrong 'un. As soon as a club has a top player, or group of players, for any length of time they get moved to cartel clubs. Had we just missed out in 2016 then we wouldn't have had a second chance in following seasons. It's just not possible to do it slowly.

The same strange silence that's surrounded the club for quite some time now. No one knows what's going on which leads to all this speculation.

But how can a small club become bigger and reach those heights anymore under this PSR nonsense. Punishment for any club daring to challenge the cartel.

Sounds like a Danny Ward moment. Probably shell-shocked and get dropped. Genuinely feel for him, he's a good lad.

Fixed it

Not been the same since the operation. Last seasons horror show hasn't helped his confidence. Tough for a keeper to go through that and come out unscathed.

Wouldn't have thought that Souttar will get registered in the 25 man squad as it's reported that he will miss at least half a season. If the rumoured transfers of Faes, Justin and El Khannouss go ahead (and others?) then Cifuentes will get his wish for a small squad.

I've read many suggestions that we haven't been making any effort to move players out either. How wrong that was and equally perhaps wrong about incomings. Who knows

I think that he's another product of Belvoir Drive.

Well, it seems that he's getting his wish for a smaller squad. Worrying given the demands of a relentless Championship season ahead.

I think that loans can still be done after the window closes in some circumstances. If that lot go then we could be down to about 19 registered squad players. Looks like we'll have a few vacancies to fill.

All down to his cameo and goal against Ipswich during the Vardy farewell party. One of the few players that actually has a passion for the club. He's a good lad and I'll be sorry to see him leave. Hope that he does well for them.

So any loan players over the age of 21 will take a squad place in the 25 even if it's only 1-month?

Is this current? If so, we have potentially a first team squad of 27 although I'm not sure if Alves and Golding (29!) should be included? No vacancies yet, it seems.

Dunno but Spurs might....

Sounds like Enzo has told him that he's not in his plans and to go and get a loan somewhere. Not sure that any club will want to sign him other than for lose change given his medical record.

And we thought our defence was shite....
