  1. Thanks for all the replies by the way!
  2. I wouldn't say the grouting has failed per se; none of the tiles appear loose. But every now and then we see water seeping in on top of the grouting. Its only in two specific places (the one near the wall), and then in a separate area in our cloakroom/downstairs WC about 2-3 metres away. We're hoping NHBC get back to us soon (!). If not, would you suggest contacting a plumber straight away, and seeing if we can claim back through NHBC or home insurance?
  3. House question! We've started to see water come through the grout in between our tiles. And this morning noticed small water marks on the wall above the skirting board not far from where it is on the tiles. Newbuild house, but we're the 2nd owners. Have contacted NHBC, but wondered if anyone else knew what it could be? Is it likely to be very serious? Easy fix? Worrying to see but trying not to worry too much without knowing the extent of the issue...
  4. Shock
  5. What's the substance or evidence behind this, out of interest?
  6. They love a Prince don't they
  7. Is it?
  8. People will say defund the BBC then wonder why their favourite programmes start to cease showing up on the guides...
  9. I still think this depends on your political viewpoint. As your mate ChatGPT said . They definitely don't veer to the left on the Israel/Palestine issue...
  10. We're having a standard conversation. Just because you're called out on something doesn't make it a playground.
  11. Clear to you, but even your own 'source' says 'no, the evidence does not support the idea that the BBC is strongly or uniformly left-wing' And 'bias depends on a lot of the viewer's own political standpoint'. Done yourself over a bit there.
  12. So just because there's 'left wing' comedy, that must mean there's a left wing bias? Maybe there's not a right wing bias because their comedy is shit and not worth a slot on the TV...
  13. 'clearly' Sorry but wtf
  14. Bedeau also fortunate just then to escape a 2nd yellow. 2nd half performance has been poor compared to the first!
  15. It's only a red herring if you treat it as one. Thankfully I'd like to think majority of fans know things have been shit because of the shit people running the club. The statement doesn't detract from that?
  16. Wtf are the Seahawks playing at?! 35-0 up and they're bottling this 2nd half.
  17. Don't think it's anything to do with being 'offended'. Too easy a word to use, for me. I think it's fine to call it out but also recognise that this has somehow brought out a bit of communication from the club, whilst highlighting that things are still shit on and off the pitch. It's okay to not be happy and decry what some fans are chanting . It's really okay for some fans to think a line has been crossed. Why does everything have to resort to 'offence' these days?
  18. Pegged back! Lawrence fumbled at the end and one of the Texans defensive linemen scored a TD on the back of it. And that was for Jags to try and regain the lead to win. So the Texans TD just rubbed salt into the wound
  19. Oh Trevor Lawrence. What a finish for the Texans.
  20. Agree to disagree then, to be fair. There's a line/boundary for anything that goes on in a stadium and that crosses it.
  21. A bad day at the office for Allen! Giants mess up their lead over the Bears. Could be a close finish between Jags and Texans.
  22. Not to this extent, no way. No matter how much we hate Rudkin and anyone responsible for our demise, there's no way you wish death on someone.
  23. Rightly so! He'll be their #1 driver in a few years I reckon.
  24. Bills having an almighty off day vs Dolphins.
  25. Agree with the statement but the bigger picture is how they can be so quick to issue such a statement but are dead slow, or even nowhere to be seen, about other club matters. No-one should be wishing anyone at the club to die (even in jest, it's fvcking naive and childish). But to be so quick to do this, and not have any acknowledgement over our demise they've presided over is also not on.
