Its clear he is one of many things that is wrong at the club. I think it's probably pretty idiotic to think otherwise. It's a personification of the rotten culture that has set in at the club. Now, that starts and feeds its way down from the Top. That's not to say it's all on the players like Winks, Ayew, Hamza etc, but there's a whole host of players that does include them who should shoulder some of the responsibility more so than others...

Sorry but actions speak louder than words. You can't call out their professionalism then continue to pick them expecting something different from them. Rowett is becoming as culpable for our downfall as much as the players and imbeciles above him are. He's done/doing nothing to arrest the slide, change our fortunes or try something different to what other managers tried. Going down with a whimper is far worse than going down having shown some fight. He has to start taking responsibility as much as the players do.
