I had them install some new stuff in our new place a couple of years ago. The engineer couldn't find our place (despite it definitely being on Google Maps). So he parked up at the nearest supermarket and rang us, asked us to come and get him so he could follow us to the house . It was less than a 30 second drive and I think he was just being a lazy shit.
Anyway, I complained as it was not something I should have done or been expected to do (while working). BT customer services were shocked when I told them. They ended up giving me a credit back on the account, equivalent to about 4-5 months free for the inconvenience.
