I work in mental health. I recommend this to a lot of patients. Key thing is you have to practise regularly and don’t expect miracles overnight sadly. But I’m a huge fan professionally and a lot of the evidence base is top tier.

I mean on reflection hats off to Glover and Enzo for the ins this summer. Mads - A* he is clearly not a £5million player, trajectory he is on could go for 50million plus. Winks - Another A* player who looks like he’s a class above everyone else and importantly seems to raise others game around him. Selfless and mobile unlike others previously. Stephy - can be electric. All in all a great signing and again looks way above the £6mil we paid out for him. A little more composure and he will fly. Fatawu - looks good, looks like he could be very very good. Again I think will be worth way more than we paid for him. There’s others I have not mentioned but it’s a rarity this is said - hats off to recruitment.
