I feel like Enzo has isolated half the squad. Cannon Raikhy Albrighton Marcal Akgun Praet Coady All started the FA cup win over Bournemouth a month ago with a spirited performance. Not been seen since as Enzo sticks to his favourite lineup regardless of how they perform. Those players are probably pissed off.

Ref was shite. Seemed to have forgotten football is a contact sport and it's not a foul when somebody pressures a player who intentionally falls to the ground whilst shielding the ball to win a free kick.

Let's have it right, we only have a few players who are Premier League standard, and even then you're only talking bottom half. KDH (just about - he's one footed af) Winks Faes Justin Ricardo Coady Ndidi The rest are either shite, past it, unproven or top half Championship standard. In the areas that matter, centre back, out wide and upfront we are seriously lacking in proven quality and end product. Enzo's tactics caught many off guard in the early season and masked the weaknesses in our squad. The lack of strengthening in January is a huge risk that the club took.

Most teams are playing this style now. There's nothing special about us trying to do it. Having the most talented players we can get and the right characters in charge is what will make the difference over the next couple of years.

Talk about bad officiating and bad luck with the deflections but ultimately complacency and lack of quality up front cost us the game there. Fatawu, Mavididi, Daka, McAteer They're not going to be good enough if/when we go up. I hope Rudkin is paying attention to this. Give Enzo whoever he needs.

There's still a lot of work to be done on this squad. Enzo clearly doesn't trust any of the subs we have to improve the performance on the pitch. Ipswich were quality second half rather than us just being shit like so many are making out. Fair play to them.

Fatawu gets a red for excessive force. The Cov defender gets a yellow for dangerous play and being last man. Make it make sense.

Give him a year on reduced wages as 4th choice with a career path to coaching if that's what he wants to do. I think he still has a run of form in him, and Maresca obviously sees some value as he has still been involved alot this season. Of course if he can get some Saudi or MLS money then he should go for it.

We need to be preparing for the Premier League next year and the year after that. Each window is important otherwise we could end up in a desperate situation. We should definitely be getting some players in - this season has taught us to get business done early. Give Enzo whatever he wants and move on those he has no plans for.

Felt for him today, he made a few runs that would have resulted in one on one's if the pass went down the middle instead of to the side. Hopefully he continues to start. His pace is a major asset.

Where was Dennis Praet tonight? Surely he's a much better option than Casedei and Akgun in midfield. Much more proven quality.

Desperately need some attacking quality in our side. Our tactics earlier in the season caught some off guard but alot of our squad simply aren't Premier League quality. McAteer, Mavididi, Fatawu are playing their part this season but are not going to be good enough if they can't kill off teams like Wednesday, who to be fair to them put in a spirited performance. Vardy is finished, Nacho we know isn't good enough. At this point you give Daka and Cannon a run.

I thought we played well, but Leeds played very well too and the result was about right. Ricardo, Fatawu, Winks were great. Vardy, Casedei, KDH were poor. If Enzo had hooked Casedei for Hamza earlier the result might have been different. Cesare will be fine against most teams but he's not ready to play the top teams in the division compared to Hamza who is more battle hardened. Onto the next one.

Our board should be backing this man in the next two transfer windows. Give him whoever he asks for because I'd be 95% sure they will improve the team and he will improve them (which benefits the club financially should they leave). He clearly knows what he's doing, how to coach and how to set up a team. His overall man management will take time to judge but for as long as we are winning we can assume we have a happy and competitively healthy dressing room.
