What we can likely guess on is that whatever Top wants, won't be as close to what he actually gets. He has to accept a big loss IMO otherwise he will bankrupt us and himself even more.

Yeah, my side of the street gets full sun for most of the day as we face south west (towards arizona/north mexico). The houses opposite me all have green grass (but not as green as last year). Houses on my side are more mixed green/brown. There have been some really hot days but I feel like this year we also have had some decent periods of rain which has helped. Last year my lawn was way more brown. The problem too is that with not allowing all those cancer causing chemicals the lawns are getting harder and harder to keep crab grass and other weeds out. Ive got so much clover in my lawn then ever. Want to give up and install turf

Skipp is perfect for us on league one. His salary isn't and as someone else said, that's not 100% his fault. If we have to pay a substantial amount of his salary with a loan move then I say just keep him.

If you want an international audience, asking for too much won't make people want to sign up especially being in league one. £140 in Canadian is $265. Thats about $5.75 (£3) per game or $26.50/month over 10 months. That's about all I want to pay. Having said that, I'd probably pay more if I had too as I love city. I'd rather be in England where I could watch games live, nothing beats it ever. It's a blessing to be able to watch shit football live lol. Orrrrrr maybe not. Haha
