  1. Another one that we should have been doing everything to get out.
  2. So is relegation when you don’t change anything
  3. Those managers are dinosaurs apparently. But we’re ok as our possession stats are brilliant.
  4. Some still don’t get it. The situation we find ourselves in has all been due to their oversight strategy and planning over the last ten years. No idea why they believe they’re going to now it get it right. The change to the technical director is still being decided by them. How can’t anyone trust they’ll get this right.
  5. We can’t play it out from the back. We can’t defend. We can’t press. We don’t create anything. Get him gone. And we’ll bring in someone who is tasked to play from the back and do the same shite. Get it gone.
  6. But this is what the owner wants and has built since . That’s what Pearson built. We’re never going back. And week by week it’s getting to the stage for me, of not wanting to go back either.
  7. They’re 3 nil up this evening Easy win for united.
  8. He’ll e gone in the next two weeks. His last game likely Derby. Most players off by the 07 December Knowing our luck he’ll pickup a knock. Dread to think how Marti will setup once he’s off.
  9. We look a poorer team without him in it. Just needs to score more 😀
  10. If he thinks that will bring him closer they’ll be thousands of fans that will be alienated and not heard. Rinse and repeat. If serious, It be wise to also listen to the likes of @Union FS and @Foxes Trust Reform and any other fan based group I haven’t linked.
  11. What Pearson built (which did lead to our subsequent success) should not be conflated with the appointment of Rudkin after Pearson was ousted, after the league win we then saw changes to the way we operate (we didn't appoint for Steve Walsh as DOF for example) and then saw a slow decline, all on Rudkin. A decline that now sees us where we are, all on Rudkin. We will never ever find ourselves in the position we did (under this regime), the apparent mastermind behind our success (he wasn't) clearly has lost the Midas touch and any forward thinking operation would drive the correct structural change based on logic and its not surprising the response by the likes of Pearson, Vardy and Morgan to Whelan (a scapegoat) leaving the club aren't ready to begin making the correct logical changes. This is club is being mismanaged and with its resources the team is underperforming and will continue to do so.
  12. I’m lost for words how the flying fck a group of people thought this was the right way to protest and make the powers that be feel uncomfortable. The board needs restructuring with Rudkin gone or KP need to sell, they’re all incompetent cretins. But this was not the way.
  13. The weirdo’s that thought it couldn’t be possible - something has got to have twitched with them tonight The board will not have any plan for the situation we’re in. They fully expected promotion. Get them shot. Salt the earth.
  14. Well said and agree with every word
  15. Of course we can, the arrogance and complacency relegated us with a team that should never have gone down. Continue to lose and draw, confidence further drops, fans booing you and the players that shouldn’t be at the club (I.e Faes) will again halfheartedly try, death spiral. A relatively good team has zero fight and others down the bottom end will no doubt have more fight than the perceived talent we have. You won’t apply your talent if deep down you don’t care, Ricky says we do but body language of some of your colleagues says otherwise. I don’t believe we will but we’re slowly walking into negative territory that could spiral out of control.
  16. Have to agree. People literally expect us to do the same we did with Enzo with an inferior squad and in some positions (striker, left back) substantially worse. I’m not defending some of Marti’s decisions but it’s obvious again the board have left another manager with a squad ill equipped with the likely target of promotion. I’m not expecting us to do that, I don’t believe marti will be able to do anything with a squad full of losers with multiple relegations. The boards incompetence have got us here fighting against PSR and subsequent points deductions, they got us here not the manager. ok let’s get rid of Marti who do you get and forget the pie in the sky delusional up and coming managers. If I was the club I’d see what’s happening and where it’s going and talk with Marti and say forget promotion let’s give the youngsters and our future assets a chance.
  17. Not least in the starting line up. Why the hell does the manager pick them
  18. Give up, I can defend him for having no investment in the team but Soumare staying on and JJ going off is just insane.
  19. And the manager is picking them. The squad is shit and some think they’re better than what they are and yes the regime has again left another manager in a shit position but for FFS pick your strongest starting 11 every time. Does Marti really think Soumare and Hamza should be starting.
  20. Probably one of the main reasons he's gone back to the U21's, he hasn't signed Pro terms, therefore the club have closed the door somewhat.
  21. We’ll double down on the individuals who’ll have been the reason we find ourselves where we are now. A likely dissenting voice in a one way positive feedback loop back to Top. A professional club now completely run by amateurs, it will get worse. Change is needed and she’ll have been irrelevant by the sounds of it but is this just a ploy to make it look to the fans that they’ve changed something at the top. Without further changes this is normal service as it was before.
  22. And Braybrook has been outstanding again
  23. Our issue last night wasn’t Carranza , it was the lack of pressing, the sheer number of passing for the sake of it (back again), the lack of chances near to the goal. Carranza did look frustrated. So pinning our hopes on a new striker who isn’t getting service in a system that won’t create them will make most strikers look average. Well know more how good he is in if Marti can get us playing in a way that we creating good attacking opportunities. It’s all a bit stale up top at the minute barring Abdul’s magic.
  24. You'd think he'd be in, this is a game he'll be right up for.
