Said this before but he shouldn’t be near this team. Not because his the worst player, it’s because his attitude is shite and we need a clear out at all costs those that bring this team down. I think @st albans fox did a good write up that explained the cumulative effects on motivation of the whole squad by one or two individuals and that this negativity outweighs anything they add to the squad. And this same goes for Faes, we need them out. I’d rather lose with Louie Page and a headless Chicken like Skipp trying than seeing the half hearted nonsense we’ve been served up lately.

People still don't get it, Pearson et al built the structure that brought us this success. Vichai provided the funding (some of it even dodgy back then, red flag) but at least had the nouse to realise his mistake in insisting NP be let go the first time and that the big name managers won't get us out the league. And once NP left and Rudders took stewardship it was slowly dismantled and all we're left with is the dodgy money and a nepo man child that is seemingly mesmerised by a good power point presentation when managers interview. Cifuentes, O'Neil and Wilder all interviewed, all completely different manager style, where is the strategy if you have chosen to interview all three ! I'd imagine top was happy with Marti's patter (he talks a good game) and was happy that Cifuentes was going to be rigid to Top's insistence of our possession based approach at all cost's, a boring approach that we can neither afford the profile of player required to play it (we already lack the profile) well and we now find ourselves staring down the barrel of another relegation by insisting on playing it. I can only remain pessimistic as to the future and direction of this club with people responsible for the strategy and of course this includes Cifuentes, who seemingly is not the strong minded pragmatic organiser who we clearly need to grab the bull by the horns taking a tough stance on changes that need to be made. More of the same is not an option, I've gone passed believing we will start to see performances pickup, that finances will sort themselves out and logical recruitment will happen for right player in a system that works.

If only an interim fine go for him. But the club need to be acting now to get the new DOF as it should be this person making the decision on the manager and signing the players. But yet again the club who apparently have been planning this for a while will slowly dither on making a decision, no doubt getting it wrong eventually anyway. All while we need strong leadership and all while we sleep walk into possible relegation.

Did he get low attendance at his documentary? Upset maybe I do love him but I think the love in from the fans has probably died out with the manager playing tactics meaning he is tripled up and the general malaise due to how utterly shite and boring we are. He's another player that will be sold for under his perceived value and go on and do well and no doubt excite more fans, away from the happy clapper KPFC simps. And who will our esteemed owner and Rudkin sanction to come in as his replacement with jack shite they're willing to now spend due to their own incompetence. Even the happiest most enthusiastic of player's probably wants out, Marti will sort this out and turn things around I am sure

Those managers are dinosaurs apparently. But we’re ok as our possession stats are brilliant.

Some still don’t get it. The situation we find ourselves in has all been due to their oversight strategy and planning over the last ten years. No idea why they believe they’re going to now it get it right. The change to the technical director is still being decided by them. How can’t anyone trust they’ll get this right.

If he thinks that will bring him closer they’ll be thousands of fans that will be alienated and not heard. Rinse and repeat. If serious, It be wise to also listen to the likes of @Union FS and @Foxes Trust Reform and any other fan based group I haven’t linked.

What Pearson built (which did lead to our subsequent success) should not be conflated with the appointment of Rudkin after Pearson was ousted, after the league win we then saw changes to the way we operate (we didn't appoint for Steve Walsh as DOF for example) and then saw a slow decline, all on Rudkin. A decline that now sees us where we are, all on Rudkin. We will never ever find ourselves in the position we did (under this regime), the apparent mastermind behind our success (he wasn't) clearly has lost the Midas touch and any forward thinking operation would drive the correct structural change based on logic and its not surprising the response by the likes of Pearson, Vardy and Morgan to Whelan (a scapegoat) leaving the club aren't ready to begin making the correct logical changes. This is club is being mismanaged and with its resources the team is underperforming and will continue to do so.

I’m lost for words how the flying fck a group of people thought this was the right way to protest and make the powers that be feel uncomfortable. The board needs restructuring with Rudkin gone or KP need to sell, they’re all incompetent cretins. But this was not the way.

Well said and agree with every word

Of course we can, the arrogance and complacency relegated us with a team that should never have gone down. Continue to lose and draw, confidence further drops, fans booing you and the players that shouldn’t be at the club (I.e Faes) will again halfheartedly try, death spiral. A relatively good team has zero fight and others down the bottom end will no doubt have more fight than the perceived talent we have. You won’t apply your talent if deep down you don’t care, Ricky says we do but body language of some of your colleagues says otherwise. I don’t believe we will but we’re slowly walking into negative territory that could spiral out of control.

Have to agree. People literally expect us to do the same we did with Enzo with an inferior squad and in some positions (striker, left back) substantially worse. I’m not defending some of Marti’s decisions but it’s obvious again the board have left another manager with a squad ill equipped with the likely target of promotion. I’m not expecting us to do that, I don’t believe marti will be able to do anything with a squad full of losers with multiple relegations. The boards incompetence have got us here fighting against PSR and subsequent points deductions, they got us here not the manager. ok let’s get rid of Marti who do you get and forget the pie in the sky delusional up and coming managers. If I was the club I’d see what’s happening and where it’s going and talk with Marti and say forget promotion let’s give the youngsters and our future assets a chance.

And the manager is picking them. The squad is shit and some think they’re better than what they are and yes the regime has again left another manager in a shit position but for FFS pick your strongest starting 11 every time. Does Marti really think Soumare and Hamza should be starting.
