The overseas players should be match winners, our recruitment recently has been poor for the T20. We were as you say miles off it this season, one strange decision after another. We need an Abdul Razzaq type player if we are going down the all rounder route. On top of the recruitment I’d also add poor captaincy, poor coaching (batting and bowling) no game plan, weird team selection bordering on self destruction if the falling out with players is to be believed.
