You won't get it changed. It was part of the coalition agreement in 2010 an was watered down to that alternative vote system because the tories were worried it would win. You won't get another vote on it just because the right of center now want it.

Out of all the games I expected to go to ET, I didn't expect this. Portugal however have played no one in the top 20 places in the rankings in the past year I believe and they have been found wanting a few times this tournament when tested. So, does it mean Solvenia are actually a force to be reckoned with and we should be grateful we got a drawn or are Portugal just shite now?

If this does somehow go to pens, does Ronaldo go for the first pen this time and learn his lesson from Qatar or will he still try to be the last taker and hope he can be the winner?

Any decision made yet on which channel is showing this? The ITV curse is a thing for certain, but at this point we are that dull we could be on BBC and still get dumped out. I am not confident of a result in any way.
