Stadt Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 His style is a Sky slow motion montage. Sometimes I think he's just buffering a lot of people "love the game" who'd have thought? good interview tbf.
Wymsey Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Decent-sounding bloke. If he had pace, he would've played in the top flight for longer.
volpeazzurro Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Came over well. I can't see any new midfielders starting the first couple of games due to acclimatisation and fitness . We started ok last year with Dean and Kingy and will probably do even better this time. Until midfield reinforcements arrive we need to keep the solid back three in which Huth has been a massive signing. Another quality midfielder needed to go with Kante who like other new arrivals, will need time to to bed in and get used to the pace of our game. I can see the signing though taking right up to the deadline but quality is worth waiting for , we can no longer sign just any player if we wish to progress. A bit of patience required .
Sir Fynwy Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 This is abit worrying about our midfield. They are ALL too nice. Having met James I can vouch he is a bloody bloody nice youn man. Geoff says Hammond is a nice bloke. We all know kingy is a nice bloke. Which leaves Drinky...is he nice too? We need a Dennis Wise type to even our nice guys out!!!! Drinkwater is said to be a difficult player to deal with, NP mentioned it in some interviews
Collymore Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Hammond knows what he's good at and is a safe choice. He needs an atheletic partner with him so King is a good choice.
luke the fox Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 The opposition know when they have been playing against big deano, they don't have a ankles left!
