i like shredded wheat, especially frosted, tis what i had this morning

Am a big believer in breakfasts.

Yoghurt,

Cornflakes, alpen, almost any cereal sweetened only with honey.

Apples from Morrisons. Fresh fruit juice or carrot juice.

Coco Pops this morning, not the best!

Cookie Crisp is a new favourite. I also like Crunchy Nute and i dont mind weetabix occasionally,

lol ...just like it says on the packaging.

I had it with choc chips and that was ok, and also put jam in it, and always had sugar but still too bland for me.

Whatever cereal mum buys... ;)

I'm not too fussy, I like the plain cereals (Cornflakes, Rice Krispies etc) but we've run out of that so now it's Fruit n Fibre at the mo.

I have coco pops or rice krispies, the supermarket's own brand of course.

If I am playing football I'll usually have an apple and a banana, maybe even a yoghurt if I'm feeling dangerous.
