General and ScouseFox were the only other posters to have a good month with Scouse’s haul of three points being better than his targeted one point haul at the start of the round and General’s 13 points closed the gap to the runaway leader Facecloth a bit. In the cup, Scouse took the advantage of The Doctor’s absence to narrowly progress to semi-final. He was joined by General who thrashed AusFox, Howl who pummelled Bovril and finally FT quiz veteran Facecloth who narrowly survived an upset by young Wookie. Facecloth will square off against Smuts in a blockbuster semi-final while ScouseFox will be hoping to make his second successive cup final of the season by avoiding being prowled on by Howl.
