Hack Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 It has to a no contest. No matter what happens from here Claudio Ranieri Has to be the MOTY. He and the club were derided when he was hired. Called a has been, Tinkerman etc etc by the media and even many on here, our supposed fans, turns out to be the best purchase of the year, by a long way. He clearly has brought out the best in each and ever player in the squad. A team that has a combined value of it's first 11 of 17 mil. Long may his reign continue, he will have the job for as long as he wants it and I am sure with him at the helm and the back office we have we will attract the best available players wanting to be part of what is happening at LCFC. I really don't know if there is a market for Manager of the year, but I can't for the life of me see who could challenge what CR has already done with us. Well done Claudio and the whole organisation. Can't wait to see the challenge for the title and Champions League place go to the wire. What a year to be a Foxes fan.
FireFox Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 If Quique Sánchez Flores can get Watford into the Europa League then he deserves a shout.

Plz tweet and quote, Michael Calvin , some "journo," who said on TalkBS in August, that CR would be sacked by October! Still winds me up!
Tuna Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Eddie Howe, manager of 'penniless' AFC Bournemouth.
Grewks Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Eddie Howe, manager of 'penniless' AFC Bournemouth. Well I imagine they're 'penniless' now.

Calvin has since apologised (Its at the bottom of the Tyson Fury article): http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/general/boxing/tyson-fury-spouts-odious-bile-but-some-of-his-fans-are-even-worse-michael-calvin-a6771096.html
ScouseFox Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 you can actually still bet on it @ odds of 5/6 just saying
WesMorganGod Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 He will win it for sure. he has been amazing for us, love the guy. I will hold my hands up and say when he was appointed I was really dubious, he is not a manager that is used to fighting relegation scraps and I thought we were in trouble of going down with him, his last job was awful before he joined us and I thought he will come to collect money as his last job before he retires. I was 1000% WRONG, I'm totally wrong. he has been amazing for us and I can see the passion and drive he puts in, and tactically he is superb. He is also a fantastic man-manager.
Xen Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Between Claudio and Quique Sanchez Flores, for me. CR would edge it if it was given today, but a lot can happen in 17 games. Wouldn't be at all surprised if arsenal finally managed to win the league again and Wenger got it, though. Who decides it?
erlee Posted 15 January 2016 Posted 15 January 2016 Eddie Howe, manager of 'penniless' AFC Bournemouth. Steady Eddie has just blown 20 big ones. . .
