Can they not be promoted? How far are they off the WSL standard? Why aren't they in it? Perhaps we should use some of our big-club money in the summer to give these a boost.

I think they are in a higher division but cannot see where. They have an academy and development squad so must be doing ok. LWFC are actually affiliated with LCFC and run as a professional club. Leicester Ladies are grassroots. Forgot to copy the Wikki link. Yes one below the women's super league now! Currently have 3 teams- 1st, reserves & development. But next season they are creating a lot more. Really good set up down there now, can only see things getting better.

There's hardly any involvement at all. there's possible talk of letting them do a lap around the pitch at one of the home games since they won the league but that's it.
