Mezeker Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 If you guys had the choice between the hypothetical of playing Spurs at HOME, and all we needed for the title was a draw or seeing this out with our remaining games which would you choose? How about if we lost to Swansea and Spurs won their game? Indulge my curiosity please .
st albans fox Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Indulge my curiosity please . I fear for you on here with a question like that!
SpinneyHillRanger Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 the first option is only 90 minutes, yes we don't need to win, but going into a game with that sort of mentality is always a bad thing. currently it's not all do or die, we have a little wiggle room. we are allowed a defeat, or even a couple of draws - maybe less if spurs are not 100% on it themselves - so our current situation is a lot easier on peoples hearts. We can afford to have 1 bad game, maybe a couple and still win it. The first option if we have a bad game it's over, not to say that one game would be against highly motivated team and proibably the most in form team in the league at the moment. So much rather be in our current situatiion
foxes_rule1978 Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 Seeing this out with the remaining games... giving we have a 5 point lead, the odds would back me up on that one too
