OYM Asda day at Bruntingthorpe

Recommended Posts

Posted

If any of you are still around on Saturday (we are going down Sunday morning) then why not pop over to the OYM (on your marks) charity day at Bruntingthorpe.   Lots of things to do and see and a good day out for the family.  Trips round the track in cars, trucks etc, go karting, air displays, sideshows, clothes shops and assorted other displays.  Its £10 per car to get in and its all for charity.

I'll be tazzing round in my car and if you say Countryfox to the driver and its me I'll give you an extra go round the track ! ...    (and drive a little bit nearer the limit and try and scare the pants off both of us).  :)

My old driving instructor used to do a lot of work handing out flyers for this! I'm sure he still does actually.

Lovely chap, he'll be whizzing round in his Subaru. It's a good day out to be fair, worth the cash for charity!

I'd like to take the kids to this CF but according to the information section on the website only asda employees and guests of those employees are allowed entry? It says if you do not have a colleague card then you may be refused entry.

Don't really want to get down there to be told to do one lol

I'll try and attach an entry form mate when I've chopped this tree down this morning but either way come down ...   All my mates just pay a tenner at the door and never have a problem. The kids will love it and the weather looks good !

Ok cheers will nip down then. It's not far from me anyway. Just didn't want to get the kids hopes up then have to deal with the complete meltdown that would follow if they couldn't go lol

Thanks CF
