Parafox Posted 1 September 2016 Posted 1 September 2016 I heard the debris was that girl's new prosthetic leg. Some people never learn!
Wymsey Posted 1 September 2016 Posted 1 September 2016 Been a few mishaps with that ride since the major one. The firm should shut it down, and construct another ride that is safe and easy for staff/controllers to manage.

deejdeej Posted 1 September 2016 Posted 1 September 2016 Went on it a few months after it opened and it was great, wouldn't go near the thing now though. Clearly a very badly planned out ride.
TiffToff88 Posted 2 September 2016 Posted 2 September 2016 I've been on The Smiler several times (Before and after the incident) and this would not put me off going on it again. rides break down on a daily basis in theme parks all over the world. The only reason this gets so much coverage is because of the one unfortunate time where people were injured.
