tickler28 Posted 27 November 2016 Posted 27 November 2016 Does anyone know if you buy online to click and collect once the item is in store how long do you have to pick it up? Don't live in Leicester you see but my mates at the Man City game in 2 weeks. Serious answers please. After watching Leicester in the EpL so far this season I've lost my sense of humour somewhat.

Save 20% in the sale and then pay what you've saved in extortionate delivery costs?? No other company you buy from charge more than £4.95 delivery yet LCFC think it's OK to charge £6. These days you can buy from tons of companies with free delivery and free returns and whilst I'm not expecting that nor do I think charging £6 is reasonable

This was another reason for doing click and collect...tried calling today but to busy....sale ends today though and shop shuts at 2pm so have just risked it

Sambiasso Posted 27 November 2016 Posted 27 November 2016 24hrs before stuff is ready to collect if ordering online.
FraserSorensen Posted 27 November 2016 Posted 27 November 2016 I went in on Saturday after the match (mistake) to collect my scarf that I picked up in the sale - ordered for click and collect about 3pm Friday. Apparently this wasn't sufficient time for someone to pick up a scarf and mark it as ready for me to collect at 5:30pm Saturday. In the shop, I was told that it was not ready, at which point I asked if they (or I) could physically pick up the scarf and take it to the till and was told this was not possible. She said it would be kept as long as needed and was fine to pick up at the Man City game. So in answer to your question - yes it will be kept. Honestly don't know any organisation in more of a shambles.
