They needs us now more than ever before...

Usually I would agree with this sentiment. Back the players when they're low on confidence and just not playing well. But this group of overpaid players think that last season is enough to no longer care. It's not all about quality, we showed that last year. Where is the desire? Where's the hunger to run further and work harder than the opposition? We had it in bucket loads last year. It enabled us to win games when we weren't at our best. That today was a ****ing shambles. I for one wouldn't accept it if I was a ST. I'm glad I won't be there on Saturday evening. It's going to be unbearable I fear.

Agree wih all these comments. We've got tickets for Bournemouth next tuesday, I'm praying for frost and/or snow so it gets postponed and I can get a refund. And its only £30 each, and 35 miles down the road for me. If they were playing in the field opposite my house I'd think twice about going. Dross, and a total embarrassment. Make some effort you tossers.

We are in a mess! It doesn't matter who we pick, the team looks absolutely shot. However, we the fans can change that! We need to get behind our lads on Saturday, make The KP a couldron of noise like it was for every home game last season.

Whether we misplace a pass in the opening few seconds, make a defensive mistake, or even concede early on, we need to get right behind our players, it will be massive for them!

Fine. I'm happy to get behind the lads but now I want to see some effort in return. I want to see us play with a higher tempo and at least look as if they cared for the club they play for.

I've seen some bang average players over the years and they may have lost, they may not have been very good players and they certainly weren't as well rewarded as our stars of today. But you know most of them really tried, really looked like they cared and really put in a full 90 minutes of effort. What we saw tonight and what we've seen for much of this season was a disgrace, an abandonment of the principles and hard work ethos that took us to the heights of last season.

I don't boo and won't boo but f things continue as they are then people will and frankly considering how much these guys are paid they have every justification of showing their discontent.

We are supporters, support. Don't get on the backs of players , support them. Fickle football fans do my head in. People saying stupid things like "disregarding last season" No, I won't. We had the best season ever last season and if you offered me this shakey start in return for winning the league and being in the last 16 of the Champions League then I would of taken it.

Stop your whinging and get behind the lads.

As difficult as it is when we see a performance like last night, the players need support, they look so short of confidence and that effects everything including that final bit of effort to close a player down. I imagine a few are dreading a stray pass getting a negative reaction on Saturday, and it's up to us to create that 12th man again on Saturday. We have some players of quality going through very bad patches of form right now, the only thing we can do as fans is encourage!

we will be with them always but we REALLY need them to start performing and doing the business on the pitch before it is too late! we don't want the movie to end with the R word

Ok but if Schlupp ever sets foot on the pitch in our kit again I am chucking abuse at him until he disappears down the tunnel.

Players will get my support until they stop trying. Schlupp has never started trying so he'll get no love from me. Hopefully he's made an example of IF he doees ever play for us again and gets roundly booed.

If the players aren't going to show any pride it's time the fans did. Title or not, relegation or not, we need to remember what the club is all about. It's not about winning, it's about grafting. Fight hard on Sunday and I won't stop singing. But if you're going to walk around and pull out of challenges I hope a cascade of boos show them what we expect.

I'm not in favour of booing, but I think this is the exception to the rule, I have to agree with this 100% I really hope WBA are back in for him come January.
