NZ_Foxile Posted 16 April 2017 Posted 16 April 2017 The Boston in the USA that is, not Lincolnshire I posted this in the USA thread on the supporters groups section, but that thread seems pretty dead at the moment, so I'll try again here. Here's what I posted: "Any Boston foxes? I'm running the Boston Marathon next week, and my flight back isn't until Tuesday night, after the Atletico Madrid second leg match ? (I am still thinking about heading straight to the airport after the Marathon and heading back for the match!). Anyway, in case I don't go ahead with the flying back to England early plan, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good place in Boston for me to go and watch the match on Tuesday afternoon." I dont think I'll be able to change my flight to get back for the game now, even if I want to, as the flight the night before is full. I've found a bar online at the Marathon finish line, but apparently it's where the Boston Gooners base themselves
urban.spaceman Posted 16 April 2017 Posted 16 April 2017 I've heard there's this great place where everybody knows your name and you're always glad you came...
urban.spaceman Posted 16 April 2017 Posted 16 April 2017 This might be your best bet... http://bansheeboston.com/home/
The whole world smiles Posted 16 April 2017 Posted 16 April 2017 I've never been but can imagine Boston isn't short of an Irish bar or two.
Lestagirl Posted 16 April 2017 Posted 16 April 2017 This place downtown...and I have watched football in here before.. https://www.blackroseboston.com/

dynamark Posted 16 April 2017 Posted 16 April 2017 If you run really fast there will be bags of time to get sorted for the game. I have no idea why you guys do marathon running we are not designed for it at all .But respect enjoy the match

I walked past it this afternoon, looks like some decent TV screens and I didn't see any Gooners
VLC86 Posted 16 April 2017 Posted 16 April 2017 Sack the marathon off and just come back to watch the match, no need to thank me.

What a load of crap, it's not like they're in the Champions League or anything
