When he does go, we should all mourn the loss of his brilliant bits of unorthodox skill in tight situations near the opposition penalty area. Little flicks, turns, nutmegs, dragbacks- they are all there. It looks so ungainly yet he manages to keep the ball :D

Wes Morgan playing a 1-2 with Robert Huth in Copenhagen's penalty area is something that will stay with me.

I love how every time he does his skillz everyone does a double take like "Eh? Wes, what are you doing up there??" He just appears!

I grew up with Captain Fantastic Stevie Walsh lifting trophy after trophy (2 play-offs and a League Cup) but Wes Morgan is without a doubt my favourite ever captain and CB. His progression from Forest to a competent club, Championship winner, Premier League winner and Champions League quarter finalist is immense. He has a knack for scoring massive goals too - Southampton winner, Old Trafford equaliser, Sevilla opener.

Club legend. Deserves a statue.

Reckon Huth will retire at the end of the season.

Sounds like he's injury-prone now, and is also out-of-contract in May; and the former is unfortunate more as he's rarely has had poor games for the club.

He looks like he is still carrying some pain to me. He is wincing alot and everytime he goes over i expect him not to get up again.

Was going to say this, he does seem to wince a lot when he gets back up.
