Totally agree but I think young Daniel played extremely well today ...     I have no worries about him now ...    wow ! ...   how things have changed ! ..   :)

much better from him today and kept Richarlison quiet which is no mean feat.  Happy with his performance today but (and I know this is quite skeptical/pessimistic of me) but it feels like something clumsy is just round the corner with him. Maybe he's settling in to the position and getting more comfortable there the more he plays there.

Get Dragovic signed and we've got our long term centre halves sorted. Amartey is getting better, too. Chilwell is ahead of Fuchs with ease now.

Depends on where we are as a club ...   let’s think big eh ...

Newcastle scored .. ???

My dream would be that we hold on to Mahrez, N'DIDI and Maguire next season. I'm seriously baffled (and happy) that no one in the PL made a serious offer for Mahrez. With Iborra, Silva, maybe an attack minded FB and a proper pre-season, we'd genuinely have a real chance to aim for the 6-5th place. UCL and then who knows... If you take a look at Puel's record you'll see that he achieves great results in the 2nd-3rd yeard (with the exception of Lyon) after that it can go wonky due to his strict way to handle the dressing room).

We might be seeing one of those situations where due to injuries we have found a better solution to the one we had. Clean sheets are the most obvious metric, but it's a lot more than that. Dragovic and Maguire are in my opinion a very good combination because both can play it out. So if Maguire does get pressed, he can pass to Dragovic who can perform almost the same role. I think our passing out from the back today was probably the best I've ever seen from a Leicester team.

Chilwell could become England's first choice left back. He's very good going forwards on the overlap and I think he is OK defensively too. He's started less than 20 games for the first team and is very young but already looks like a Premier League quality player.

Amartey is the one I'd have reservations over as though he's physically immense, his touch on the ball isn't that good. Compared to Chilwell he can't develop play in the same way. However, to be fair to the guy he has looked very steady in every game he has started since Simpson got injured. He hasn't let anyone down this season other than his red card against United.

As a "unit" including Wilf and Kasper, this combination of players looks very solid indeed. Watford's Andre Grey effort aside, I can't remember being tested too much, and it was much the same away to Chelsea last week.

What a difference a year makes.!!!

A backline, where nobody knew what the future held .

2 CBs, not out of the blue, but nowhere near in anyones minds eye.

A Young LB, and a old LB not inspiring confidence, some even wanting summer exchanges/departures

A RB only player showing some form, but team seemingly void of cover.

The potential cover Amartey, not fancied at all by  @Col city fans

I believe its fair to say, we are not busting with automatic walk ins, but by hook or by crook, and some

good investment, we are looking a lot more healthy, and now a BL worthy of top half football, if not

potentially more..
