I don't understand. Vardy has empirically proven alcohol improves your performance. Who are you going to believe? Academics with their words and their terms and their sentences and their facts or a man who drinks half a bottle of Port before a match and still thrives?

 I expect some of the players can cope with a few drinks several days before a game and other’s can’t.

Looking back at the game today, was this such a good idea? Hard to say whether staying/training as normal would have made a difference or not

We looked absolutely knackered after about 80 minutes and they didn't. They played Barcelona away 4 days ago and we've only had the shortest away trip of our season in the last two weeks. **** sake.
