I've been sceptical and critical - and of course I believe deservedly so. That final third of the season was pretty abysmal and he was lucky to survive it.

I don't want him sacked right now, contrary to those fanboys who think my 'agenda' is trying to get him out.

I want the team to win, I want us to be successful and if that happens, then all is well.

I don't think it's too unrealistic to want to see plenty of energy and excitement along the way.
