Chilly close second, everyone else gets honorable mention.

Ricardo for sure was MOTM for us.

 

Next would be Hamza. He was crucial for us midfield and had made a few key interceptions. He also made Ndidi and Mendy look good. Notice how little passing Ndidi had to do today, and those he needed to do he had time to do them. Partly this was because of Hamza’s great positioning to help his teammates so they didn’t need to rely on Ndidi so much.

 

Then I have to say Albrighton. His crosses were great and he put it an honest day of hard work again.

 

Chilwell was flashy and did well defensively, but offensively he still makes wrong decisions a bit too often - he has a tendency to run a bit too much with the ball towards the corner flag when there are better options for early release. He can improve though I am sure.

That's probably the highest scoring round i've given to players in a long time, i'm usually a right stingy cow but today the lowest was 6 (for the subs and only because they wern't on for that long.)

Maguire was very shaky and Kasper should have cost us at the end being caught in no mans land. Overall most got 7s from me though. Still Out I’m afraid. After such a big win I really wish I could be more positive.
