Yes it's a bit of a mystery, isn't it?

Would love to have Cambiasso as our gaffer. I could see players coming to the club wanting to play for such a legend.

Must admit I was really hoping we'd give him a try after Pearson went. And I do agree a player of his stature would attract players. However, just like our very best players do, I can only see him moving on pretty quickly if they are successful as a big named club would be in very quickly for the same reason I stated earlier.

Big Wasilewski, the thinking man's Nigel Pearson.

Loved Marcin. Our recent good times started after he joined us. Great team man and from what I've read he was clearly a very respected and popular person around the club. Not sure if he'd make a great manager though, but if he did manage somewhere, I'd be watching with interest and supporting him to do well.

I 100% agree. Puel is OVERACHIEVING with this squad and I'm very happy with the progress he is making. Seriously unfairly attacked on this forum, and the abuse he takes is totally unfair. If we were 7th under someone like Wagner people here would be talking about him as one of our greatest managers!!
