Didn't make the first team at Derby then?  You based in Leicester now?

Probably on the pitches on the opposite end of belvoir drive. Aylestone used to play there. Never got near the first team at Derby. Let go at 16 as they took Chris Riggott on instead of me.

After the Derby release i bounced around the Leicester senior league. Anstey Nomads, Quorn, Barrow town etc. More clubs than Trevor Benjamin.

 

 

That's right.  We just stood there and watched them roll around for a few minutes.  Seems like yesterday!

 

Bit like me then, I played for Ibstock and Ravenstone before retiring after being more injury prone than Matt James!
