It's like a chess game, trying to pull the opposition out of position to exploit the space left. It's so ridiculously risky.. especially trying to do it with players that are clearly incapable. Also, your football intelligence has got to be very high!

So basically he was crap! Crap going forward, nervous on the ball, no pace, no quality, poor haircut, terrible right foot, couldn't overlap, couldn't cross, shakey defensively, not very likeable...the list goes on. A catastrophy of a signing!

I thought we played some great football today. Enjoyed watching it.

Cullen has played 2 games and the only time I knew he was on the pitch was when he took a free kick like a toddler, and got subbed.

Luke Thomas is genuinely an awful footballer. I’ve reached my absolute limit. I've got a mate called Brenny. He's 47 years old now, but he's still a million times better than Luke Thomas. The bloke plays left back in a pair of Sambas, has a roll up fag at half-time, and still has a wand of a left foot that puts Luke Thomas to shame. To top it all off, he once had to fill in at centre mid for a friendly and completely bossed the game. Swear down, he looked like prime Pirlo just gliding around the pitch.

The feat of winning the Premier league will never be achieved again, and i very much doubt we'll win the FA Cup again in my life time. Should the people that helped us achieve this not be remembered and cherished at all costs, despite how it's ending? I get all the criticism but just think back to that special day when we lifted that title.. very very special.

There aren't many managers that could get Luke Thomas, Okolii, Ayew, Daka, Nelson to be better football players in a few weeks. We cannot defend, we cannot keep clean sheets, we have a lot of poor players in key areas, the spine is particularly poor. You can get away with a couple of poorer players if your spine is solid, but it's pathetic. I knew we were going down weeks ago, we needed 2 new centre halves, a midfielder and a striker in the January transfer window, but unfortunately we are fielding the same players that have gotten us here in the first place. Nothing changes if you've got fundamentally bad players.

O'shea should have scored in the first half at the back post and he won every header from corners and set pieces. Admittedly, we threw bodies in front of the ball and we showed a bit of commitment, but I feel had the ball fell kinder to them, it could have been different. A well fought but fortunate point for me.

I thought they were miles better than us second half. We hardly got into their box! On another day, it could have been 3 or 4.
