New scout covering France & Belgium

The club have appointed experienced scout Philippe Pelluault (from Celtic, surprisingly!) to cover games in France and Belgium.

 

Having a quick look into his background, it seems like an excellent appointment.

France is the probably the best nation in the world to buy from. Huge talent pool and there's still undervalued talent because the clubs need the cash.

This, this, this. Ligue 2 is a goldmine. Very happy about this, France undoubtedly have the greatest youth football in the world.
