Hey all,

 

Might be a bit of an odd topic but wow our club have some top people. 
 

There was an error on the club shop website that I noticed and sent an email about thinking I’d probably miss the promotion that ended that day. 
 

I had a response in 5 minutes. I responded 3 times.. all 3 times got a response within 10 minutes ... they fixed the issue and sorted out my order. 
 

Just thought that it was utterly amazing. Great to see that the club are hiring the right people across the board. Most shops wouldn’t get back to you for a few days and would lose the sale. 
 

kudos 

 

The club has clearly changed their methods on response times since Adrian Silva from top to bottom lol

Not much else for them to do at the moment. lol

I've never really had any issues with the club shop or contacting them. Rarely had to chase them for anything and even if I have, they've always been quite ready and prepared to solve it and go that extra mile.

Can't fault him personally. Used to buy my son the single spare seat next to us in the Family Stand. They couldn't sell it as it was one on its own and an adult can't sit on his own in the Family Stand and a child obviously can't.

 

 At the start of the 17/18 season he(or someone in the ticket office) noticed that I kept buying it for my son every match and he called me out of out of blue and offered it as a season ticket for my son.
