My friend is going in the home end as he supports west ham. He’s saying you need a lateral flow to get in. I haven’t seen anything from lcfc as I’m in away end. Anyone know about this? Thanks

You need to prove you are double jabbed or have a negative lateral flow test

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW AHEAD OF MONDAY’S GAME?

PROOF OF COVID STATUS

In line with Premier League guidance, supporters should be prepared to show proof that they are either fully vaccinated or have returned a negative Covid test no more than 48 hours before kick-off as spot checks will be taking place.

How do I show I’m fully vaccinated or I have a negative test?

All supporters over the age of 18 should be prepared to demonstrate their Covid status, including via the NHS COVID Pass, generated by the NHS app, on their smartphone when entering London Stadium, confirming that they are either fully vaccinated or have returned a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 48 hours before kick-off.

Whilst this should happen very quickly, please allow time for the approval process for the NHS Covid Pass, so please ensure that you have downloaded the NHS app well in advance of the fixture.

Supporters who have received their second COVID-19 vaccine within the two weeks prior to the fixture will be required to take either a PCR or rapid lateral flow test no more than 48 hours before kick-off.

...Saying all that, the 'checks' at Wembley were a joke, I'd barely got my phone out my pocket before he let me through so you'd be pretty unlucky to get stopped.

Fair enough. Got a pass for double vaccine. Would have been helpful for this to be put on the ticket info on the site like it has for Brighton. Wonder if any will be caught out by this tonight if they make a point of checking

I'm glad that this sort of important info is communicated promptly and clearly by the club

Loads will be caught out by this if they enforce it. Pretty shoddy really.
