I wonder if anybody can help solve this. My neighbour has asked me if I will take his son to the Villareal game. He is 14, football mad but his dad is not interested. I am registered on the club site and can buy a ticket but only for myself. The son has registered himself too but cannot buy a ticket - an adult has to buy it for him. But it won't let me buy more than one. Anyone have any idea how we can get a ticket for him?  I would have asked the ticket office but the phone lines have been off all Thursday and Friday. It seems bonkers that the lad cannot get a ticket and he really wants to go.

Link his account to yours in the profile settings page. You can then add a ticket to your basket and assign it to him..... I've had to do it for three others this week to buy tickets for my dad, son and father in law.

Yep, got to do this.

You'll need his supporter number or Surname and postcode to link accounts.

Then put the tickets you want in your basket and push the pencil icon next to one of them to assign it to the under 16 to get it at the lower price and allow you to buy both

Brilliant, just done it and all ok. Many thanks but what a bloomin' pantomime just to get a friendly ticket. At least we are set up if he wants to come again which he will, I am sure. I remember going on my own to watch Man City games when I was ten back in the 1960s. Never came to any harm as I recall. Thanks again for your help.

I had exactly the same problem with my grandson. I rang the club and the added him, they then linked him to my account and therefore I was able to buy ticket. Ring club Monday they will sort it

I had the same problem. I sent them an email - this is what told me to do

Even on General Sale, you need to assign one ticket per account. If you are able to, register accounts for these individuals and link their accounts to your own under ‘Manage my relationships’ section of the website.

I hope this helps
