Can't find a thread for the site as a whole even though there are a few threads with specific quizzes in the Leicester forum

With the emergence of Wordle and other games, thought i'd create this thread for others to share any decent quizzes they come across.

 

Am a bit of a geography nut so these are mine

 

Countries of the World - can do this in under 5mins but over time its became more of a case of memorising a particular order

Name the US States

Don't see why not, bugs the hell out of me that the Worldle thread has basically become "what online quiz/shitty Wordle knock-off have you done today"

In that case maybe the forum needs a mind game section to contain them all before that's what general becomes

I'm not looking for an argument, I just thought it worked well having these things contained to one thread like a one-stop puzzle solving area.  There are already plenty non-wordle games that have been introduced in there.

Yeah and they all piss me off  There's Wordle, the whole world loves Wordle at the moment. And then there's 80 other terrible incarnations. Wordle but with swear words. Wordle but maths. Wordle but two words at once so that it's fundamentally broken. Wordle but with no set word. Wordle but it's just root vegetables. Wordle but it's latin. Wordle but it's cyrillic. Wordle but it's emojis. Wordle but it's only 14-letter words. Wordle but snipers only. Wordle battle royale.

 

I'd happily have the Wordle thread, and then "Every online quiz that isn't Wordle", but having 1 thread for each quiz would be fine. I guess a good chunk of the non-Wordles will die out pretty soon

To be fair Sporcle has been around for years and relates to quizzes rather than guess the word/number/country etc.
