How to change ST to adult?

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere (I couldn’t find it) but how can I change a ST to adult for one match?

That’s saved me a fruitless visit to the club shop. Hopefully the lines are open tomorrow.

When I went last season  to change U12 Europa League ticket I was told there was no ticket office facilities anymore and that the only option was to ring.

 

If Dave says they do it at the ticket collection on match days then it might be worth a shot.

I wouldn't call it a ticket office as such as I don't think you can buy tickets there, it's mainly for collection but as I said I've upgraded and paid the difference there, I also embarrassingly got a replacement after I left my ST at home

For how bad they are over the phone and online they are surprisingly good and pretty quick to sort this sort of thing out
